We are currently looking for a Sales Director to help grow our consulting practice. The ideal candidate will have at least a bachelor’s degree in business, 5+ years of successful selling experience (ideally to business owners), and strong communication skills. Our Sales Director will initially be responsible for marketing our services, prospecting qualified leads, and closing sales in Troy and Rochester (Michigan). Achievement of agreed-upon benchmarks will earn our Sales Director an opportunity to take on a progressively larger role in driving revenue to the organization.

- Building interest in DAS through marketing activities
- Engaging qualified leads through direct prospecting
- Closing sales
- Build relationships with centers of influence in order to obtain leads
- Assist in improving our selling materials and processes
Job requirements:
- Strong desire to close sales and win business from competitors
- Bachelor’s degree in business
- 5+ years of successful selling experience
- Willingness to have compensation tied to individual sales performance
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
