Our services include monthly accounting, management reporting, budgeting, financing, acquisition and divestiture services, and business consulting. We are currently looking for an Account Representative to help grow our consulting practice. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of college experience, some selling experience (ideally to business owners), and strong communication skills. Our Account Representative will be responsible for prospecting for our consultants. The goal of these prospecting activities will be to schedule appointments for our Directors. Our Account Representative will earn a commission for sales resulting from these appointments. The ideal Account Representative will have the ability to evolve into a sales management role after 9-12 months.

Job description and duties:

1. Perform prospecting activities (primarily by phone and email)
2. Build relationships with centers of influence in order to obtain leads
3. Assist in improving our selling materials and processes
4. Attend networking events

Job requirements:

1. Strong desire to close sales and win business from competitors
2. 2-4 years of college experience
3. Selling experience a plus, but not required
4. Willingness to have majority of your compensation tied to your individual sales performance
5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
6. Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
