Our Assistant Director will help us open new offices through awarding franchises and opening company-owned subsidiaries. Components of this position include developing a business plan, creation of a guerrilla marketing strategy, recruiting brokers, and engaging potential franchisees (calling, email, etc.) We are offering a modest base salary in addition to a generous incentive plan for meeting agreed-upon benchmarks.
We are looking for someone that has what it takes to help create and eventually manage this division. We will offer this management opportunity as soon as we find someone that is able to excel at all of the job requirements of an Assistant Director. The division management position will include building a team and overseeing the overall department.
Job description and duties:
Develop a business plan
Create a guerrilla marketing strategy
Learn all aspects of our franchise offering
Directly engage potential franchisees through direct marketing (e.g. cold calling, e-mails, group presentations)
Recruit and educate brokers on our franchise system
Job requirements:
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Sales experience a plus, but not required
Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
Willingness to having majority of one's compensation tied to a generous commission plan
